If you are not satisfied with an SMTP-365 purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. This applies to every payment made through our website: a licence, a maintenance renewal, and any monthly subscription payment. No conditions and no questions asked.
To request a refund, email hello@smtp-365.com or use the link in your Paddle receipt. Refunds are issued in full by our merchant of record, Paddle, to the original payment method, and normally appear within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the receipt email or by writing to us. Cancelling stops all future charges. Any payment made within the previous 14 days is refundable in full under the guarantee above.
A full refund of a licence purchase revokes the licence key that was issued for it. Cancelling a monthly subscription, or a full refund of the subscription's first payment (the one the key was issued for), revokes the subscription's key. A refund of a later monthly payment, or of a maintenance renewal, does not revoke a key by itself: we review it and tell you what happens to the key. A partial refund does not revoke a key. An appliance with internet access learns of a revocation at its next licence check (when its relay service starts, or within a day) and then holds incoming scans, without losing them, until a valid key is entered.
Requests made more than 14 days after purchase are considered on a case-by-case basis. Write to us and we will do our best to help.
Every SMTP-365 appliance runs as a full-function 30-day evaluation before a licence is needed, so you can confirm it works with your printers, your devices and your Microsoft 365 tenant before paying anything.
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable law. Paddle's checkout buyer terms also apply to purchases made through our website.
